At first I was very skeptical about this game, but as I completed every small puzzle it threw at me I was more and more curious as to what was going to occur next. Definitely will make hours seem like just seconds. It will leave you on a cliff wanting to click, spin and dive in for more of its tricky elaborate labyrinth. Once you think you have completed it is like the late great David Bowie as the goblin king and throw more complex puzzles your way. Highly recommend for those who need to test their skills and be pulled deep in to a world of magic along with story telling. Cant wait to see how much further down this amazing rabbit hole I get sucked in to with every waking moment.

This game is like nothing I ever played before. It is engaging, ingenious and the graphics are ridiculous. I went to bed so late the first time I played it. The only thing I can do without are the ghostly voices and the dramatic music, those a little distracting for me. Also there are 2 of the puzzles in room three of the pocket version that I found did not give enough guidance, the cross-key and the gold amulet. I ended up looking those up but I dont suggest making a practice of that bc the best part is figuring out the puzzles. Thats the only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise its brilliant and did I mention the steps and the cracking open doors? Love it. I already got my sister playing, moving on to the next room. Who needs sleep.

Very well thought out use of the touch screen controls. Few games do it this well. Graphics are amazing too. Definitely get this game. Well worth the price.

One of the best puzzler games Ive played. Great graphics and good starter story. Not insanely frustrating like some can be, the puzzles make sense and I never felt like"omg how was I supposed to know that" like some. but it does keep your mind busy trying to figure out certain puzzles and doesnt recycle past puzzles, it keeps it fresh. I beat this in a day and totally worth the amount. I already bought two and three and have started on two. Which is even more in depth and beautiful.

I really like this game because you get to solve mysteries.

Great graphics, great sound fx. Extremely fun and immersive game. I bought it without expecting much but just because of the 5 stars everyone was giving it and it did not disappoint. Only con is that I wish it never ended and on the contrary is a tad too short. Thanks to the Dev team for the room !!

Im not usually one to write reviews, but this deserves to be recognized. I could NOT put my phone down until I had completed this amazingly beautiful and captivating experience. I then immediately bought the second installment. I havent touched it yet, but if its anything like the first, my purchase of their third app will not be far off.

Very fun game totally enjoyed it

The puzzles in this game are like cool mystery boxes. Its too bad I didnt think the story behind the boxes were all that interesting. It seemed like the only point to solving the puzzles was to get some flashy cutscenes of mystery markings and creepy sounds. That said, the puzzles themselves are very interesting. Sometimes they seem so hard to understand that the hint system is essential to completing them. Either way, its a better challenge to try and use the hints less often. A game like this makes you wish boxes like this really existed, but could you imagine the price of building such intricate boxes only to solve them once and never use them again? Thats what makes this games 99 cent in app purchase so valuable. Its very affordable and should take 4 to 6 hours to complete the game. I recommend trying it out. It was a very unusual game that scratched an itch I couldnt get scratched anywhere else.

Being Fireproofs first game, its awesome! A bit short, but for $0.99, cmon! Its more than worth it! And getting to meet AS is pretty cool if you play the second and third games. I have been a gamer for over 20 years, The Room series has got to be on my Top 5!

Holy Heck! I started playing this game yesterday after seeing that PocketGamer rated this the best game of all time. It is so so good. Simple puzzler, but designed so well that youre never stuck and solving each piece of the puzzle feels awesome!! The steampunk graphics are great and totally have me hooked! Best 99c I ever spent.

If you like the free part, unlocking the paid content is well worth it.
